Booking Form
The Club’s Licence allows for live and recorded music to be played until 12 Midnight. All music is to cease by 12 a.m. unless an extension has been agreed with the Secretary. Last orders will normally be called at 11.45p.m. and any extension to this will be charged at £30 per hour to cover the additional cost of staff. Any extension must be arranged in advance.
A £100 deposit (returnable) is required in the event that any damage is caused. This must be paid in advance and your booking is not confirmed until both the Hire Charge and Refundable Deposit have been received.
Thank you for choosing Hanging Heaton Golf Club for your function. Our staff will do their utmost to ensure that the function runs smoothly and to your satisfaction. We would like to explain the conditions and factors affecting your booking and the responsibilities of the “responsible person”:
- The use of confetti, streamers or rice for decoration on tables or anywhere else is not permitted. (Whilst the Club wants everyone to have a great time, these items cause considerable damage to our glass washer, vacuum cleaners and dishwashers.)
- Please be aware that this is a private members club and that the normal day to day activities of the Club will continue whilst your function goes ahead.
- Your guests are not permitted to enter the golf course, putting green or the main practice area. Nor are they permitted to enter the simulator room. Your guests should be made aware of the risks to health and safety if nearing the golf course.
- The Club has a zero-tolerance policy to drug use and anti-social behaviour. This could result in the curtailment of the function without compensation.
- The person named above is considered to be the “responsible person” and is responsible for the behaviour of the guests at the function. This includes:
Supervision and control of visiting children.
Inappropriate behaviour by persons using the bar. - In the event of bad language or behaviour the Steward will close the bar if they believes it appropriate. This could result in the curtailment of the function without compensation.
