Hanging Heaton Golf Club is the ideal venue for your party, christening, wedding, or private event. Our elegant and spacious function room can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests, offering a beautiful setting with stunning views of our well-maintained golf course. With our dedicated event planning team, we ensure every detail is tailored to your specifications, providing bespoke catering solutions that cater to your culinary preferences and dietary requirements.
Formal dinners or lively parties
Our versatile function room can be transformed to suit any occasion, whether it’s a formal dinner or a lively party. We can arrange large round tables adorned with beautiful centre pieces for an elegant dining experience, or create an open dance floor with ambient lighting. Our sound system and customisable décor options allow us to bring your vision to life.

- The Club’s licence allows live and recorded music until midnight. Last orders are normally called at 11.45pm. Any extension is charged at £30 per hour and must be arranged in advance.
- A £100 returnable deposit is required against damage. Your booking is not confirmed until both the hire charge and deposit have been received.
- Confetti, streamers or rice are not permitted.
- This is a private members’ club and day-to-day activities continue during functions. Guests may not enter the course, putting green, practice area or simulator room.
- There is a £50 surcharge if using outside catering or self catering. There is no access to the kitchen on the day of your function.

Bank holidays 12 noon – 4pm. If no members are in the bar at 9pm, the steward may close.
